The CWU Wind Ensemble will take center stage, exploring the expressive and communicative power of the wind band. The ensemble, directed by Dr. Feagin, will present works by Eric Whitacre, Ulysses S. Kay, and David Maslanka. First-year graduate conducting student Tyler White will also be featured on the program. Free event.

The Kittitas County Pride Parade
Kittitas County Pride Parade, Downtown Ellensburg. The theme is Love Grows Here.
PARADE ROUTE: The 2026 Kittitas County Pride parade starts at 11am at the Kittitas Valley Event Center / County Fairgrounds. Contingents will head south from the Fairgrounds until turning east on 5th Ave into downtown Ellensburg! Once downtown, the parade turns south onto Pearl St, passing Unity Park and the western edge of the farmer's market. On 3rd Ave, the parade will return west to N Chestnut St and then head north back to 5th Ave and then return to the Fairgrounds.

CWU Symphony Orchestra Alumni Celebration Concert
The special performance in the Hertz Concert Hall will also celebrate 20 years for Dr. Nikolas Caoile as Director of Orchestras and 35 years as string faculty for professors Carrie Rehkopf and John Michel.
Sunday’s program will include selections from Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 3 and will feature Dr. Melissa Schiel as mezzo-soprano.
